One case frames will hold 48 half unit providing 24 complete units  three supers with 8 frames in each super

One case lids will hold 384 units matching one case frames

24 strips with connecting buttons, each strip  will connect one frame

Each of the 24 strips have 9 sets of connecting buttons, one being round and the other side square.  The round button is push through the two half frames into the square button causing them to bind and lock.  Each frame requires 8 button set leaving one set extra.

The connecting button are new to the system allowing much easier assembling. The extra button can be used to join frames that where not filled from the previous season.

Clear the dye cut holes from the frames, these spots are where the connecting button will be pushed through.

Once the dye cuts are cleared using the round button push it through the two frames using the square button to lock the frames together. Do this to each of the 8 connecting points on each frame.

Once assembled place into 6 5/8” ( shallow super ). Each super will hold 8 frames. There is another configuration in that two half frames are placed against the outer wall with 7 frames assembled as shown below. It is important that each frame sit straight and the the space between each frame is the same. This will control the fill level of the Bee o Pac properly.

Place super on top of single brood chamber. The brood chamber needs to be very full of brood and a constant stream of young bees hatching, it will be the young bees that will draw the new wax.  If your honey flow is strong you will not require queen excluder,  but if the season become fractured due to weather conditions it will be best to use the queen excluder.
